Select Offer or Need tab. In the text box, enter the Title text.
The title is a brief description of your offer or need (e.g., “21-inch
flat-screen TV”). Be short and descriptive when entering your title because this is
the text used in matching your offers and needs to others'. So be concise and exact
with your Title.
In case you want to add more details and/or upload images to your entry, click
Description. A text input field will appear below, where you can type in
your text and format it as you see fit. To add an image, click the Upload
Image button. Then click on Choose File to select your image.
Finally, click on Upload.
After you have entered all the necesarry information, , click Post if you are in add mode and click
Update if you are in edit mode.
To post another offer or another need, click on the New button in the
Select the Offer or
Need tab in the home page. Next, either click on the title text box or on
the Edit button. You are now in edit mode and may apply changes in the
title. If you want to edit the description, select Description. To remove
a previous image, hover your mouse over the image thumbnail. Then select
Once you are satisfied with your revisions, click Update.
To switch to your previous Offer or Need in the Home page. In the Splize bar, select the dropdown button(the arrow-down icon) beside the Title textbox field. The switch pop-up will open, select the Offer or Need you want to be switched/displayed in the Splize bar or click "Switch".
Note: Your view result list display will affected by the current offer or need switched or selected, especially the "Matches" & "Similar" tab.
In your profile page, click Edit Profile. Enter your personal information in the Basic Info tab. For your contact information, select the Contact Info tab. Once you are done entering your information, click Save Changes to save your settings.
To connect with people you know, first try searching for them. If he/she appears on the user results list, click on the Connect button.
Each result comes with a status: you will see (1) Already connected if the user is already part of your network, (2) Request pending if you’ve sent the user a connection request, and User is blocked (3) if you’ve blocked the user.
- In the user’s profile page, click on Message on the left side of the page. - In the user's offers and needs list, click on Message - In the Messages Inbox, you can select New Message. Type in the username of your intended recipient in the text box marked “To.” After you have entered the subject and your message, click Send. Note: You cannot message the user that are not in your connections through your Inbox.
To set your profile privacy, go to the Settings Page. Go to Privacy tab and set your profile properties you want to privatized. You can choose your profile properties to be viewed by Everyone, Connections Only, or Only Me.
